This is just a thought I had, after reading the comments in this suggestion, an attempt to link some of the suggestions mentioned here. In the case of a HP/FP XP system, why not simply drop the species system, make a mulitplier for levels and class and require the council/someone with authority and ...

Re: Rewarding Expirience
You might want to change 'robot' into 'droid', which is the official SW term for a machine or mechanical being, often found to posses an incorporated artificial intelligence. Examples of well-known droids include the astromech (ex. R2D2) and the protocol droid (ex. C-3PO). Other types of droids incl...

To those few of you who may know the song, The Clown by Charles Mingus is one I relate to Larkit. Charles Mingus, The Clown on Last.fm As for Dhiro, the song Immrama by Stellamara, is one I've found to fit rather nicely with how he saw the world, after he arrived at the temple. You can listen to the...

I understand your points and your worries, Vantus. But I think that there is a need for a change in JEDI (or there was when I became unable to play, and based on the posts on forum, etc. nothing indicates there have been a change at all). There is a need for active involvement in trying to turn the ...

Looks like a feature they have in World of Warcraft - if someone speaks in a language you're unable to understand, all you see is the actual language itself. If you CAN speak the language, the words appear in English. That's a good idea :) Though probably difficult to implement. Implementing a word...

heh intereting idea but i'm sure i recall Soh mentioning something before that there can only be so many types of special message mode. Like, say, /me, /tell etc and no more could be added. Only changed... I thought about this as well, and came to the conclusion that this would not necessarily have...

Languages
The following suggestion could be and has been obsoleted properly, through roleplay, however, I do think that it may benefit for the better, for the sake of immersion and diversity. The idea is, simply, to introduce languages code-wise. It would require a set of predefined languages and variables pe...

For those of you interested, using an invisible model with these configuration files , will you give you a somewhat realistic first person feel (extract the files in your base or rpmod folder). To make sure other people still sees your model, you should modify your skin files locally. If you, for so...

Oh yeah, I was thinking of writing a guide on how to get a realistic 1st person view, but due to issues with my computer I sorta forgot it. I have modified the skin file locally and with shaders, so that it does not display the head and disables backface-culling, to prevent the camera from looking t...

Re: Vista install
I could come up with a really awesome [Linux] comment on that, but I won't.Corinth Alkorda wrote:Have the installer detect what version of Windows the user is running, and if Windows Vista is found, automatically set the program to run with administrator privileges.
Edit: Sorry, I forgot:
