Stamina suggests physical exertion. Throwing your Lightsaber Or Healing yourself would hardly be an "Exhausting" experience especially if Healing is well... Restoring your health and recovering. Yet both of those take up Force Points.

Albeit there isn't much of a reason for a hopeful to be on the galaxy server, as a hopeful on the ship, or out somewhere wouldn't be realistic (unless a JEDI invited you to play something plausible). All you would really do is spectate.
