My point exactly. It's nothing to do with anyone's suggestions. It's just the fact that we should be content with how it is now. It all comes down to the roleplay. The mechanics are just benefits in my view ...

Changing this would force us all to RP differently...to make us readjust, etc.
How do you come to that conclusion?

In a table top RPG, it doesn't matter to my character's motivations, personality or their background whether I roll D100 or a D6 to hit the orc with my sword.

Many of these ideas would take months to implement and even longer to adjust to. Currently, the game mechanic don't interfere with the day-to-day RPs. Sure, fix the HP and FP systems a bit, but overhauling the whole system seems illogical at this point.

Well, it's difficult to see in the numbers but with these changes the only people who can use Force for more than a 'few' seconds are Consulars, meaning that in order to utilize protect for more than a few seconds you're going to need to be one of us fancy freaks ...

But, you've got to realize that the "Mind Trick" power ingame is considered cloak, not the actual mind trick...In this case, I have to agree with Phillip.
