Sounds good. I'd like to participate for once. I feel pretty fueled.

I still think doing away with ALL classes in favour of just ONE rank called, 'Jedi' is better. Everyone is the same at their core and what then defines you are the skills you chose to take and the RP you chose to engage in >_>

I can actually agree but what I explained with Imil was evident to most anyway. And we hardly get to know anything about new people anyway what with the grouping pattern. We stick to those we already know a good deal about. So I can understand why this thread was made, even if it wasn't the best idea.

One thing about Imil is his interest changes rapidly. When he first came to the Yavin temple he was committed to his fathers Hapan fighting drills. He loved to fight hand-to-hand with his peers. After being initiated he began to drop that interest considerably and moved onto Lightsaber combat. This ...

The knowledge that the PLAYERS have has no bearing on such things.

The less people know OOC, the less likely they're going to set up a script to deliberately address issues their character would have no clue (or interest) about otherwise.

Only thing about proposal 1 is the force push pull is unblockable from behind. I think if a Master of telekinisis should be able to defend against an attack from all sides especially if the attackers tele powers are weaker. Just seems realistic to me.

Guardians have a smaller force pool, making it more difficult to use multiple force powers unlike Sentinels or Consulars.

Exactly. I seen Rash take on Corinth plenty times. he was always flooded with those force powers and hardly could make a comeback with his force handicap. I never seen him win ...

I dislike this current system. I do not see why anybody would go consular for OOC reasons because consulars get all of the force powers later then sentinel and the force pools and regen are too similar. I think the Guardians are fine, but I think the consulars should be able to unlock force powers ...

Actually, I would prefer to completely do away with the classes system and give people almost like a different form of xp to buy to ability to get powers and to buy hp each time you level up.

But I take it that people like to classes system.
