Pulling your hilt back should be restricted to range based on your pull level or something. (But that's another suggestion in itself) I don't find this suggestion necessary for three reasons. 1. Frankly, I find speed 1 to be the only useful type of speed. Combine speed 1 with jump 3 and you can already go around 3x the distance of a normal jump if you know some tricks. So here's how I see it, one under pressure (ICly) isn't focused on performing their abilities as much, since they're also focusing on: An opponent, pain, etc. So why not include a certain percentage of failure? To be completely honest, if your character is young, then to avoid confusion just ask for an account so your height can be set. Because frankly it's hard to tell if the person you're talking to is supposed to be young or aged to the height of the default or somewhere in between.
