When ever I go on a mission I tend to quickly message saying my character doesn't aim to kill but rather remove/destroy their weapon or simply remove a limb. I don't really see a RP-Instance where a certain character can't be without a weapon, if they lose their weapon then that's there own fault ...

Not entirely a big fan of the above but that's just me. I would think that saber throw would require 'Hold' rather than push and pull but with your idea, I probably won't be able to buy absorb, heal or protect since I won't be getting anything beyond level 1 for push and pull for Serris.

Helmets tended to have a purpose when it came to training, such as blocking out eye-sight when using the force/practicing deflection/reflection and stuff like that or like me, I had a helmet to look cool I kid.

I've only ever used my armour skins as a light thermal suits for when Serris leaves the temple with Bu to run around in the wastelands of Alzoc 3. I doubt I'd use armour if Serris gets involved in battle, hopefully by that time he'll be able to deflect and protect himself without the need of armour ...
