Re: Why I couldn't see the servers.
I wonder if that is related to this. Not the blacklist itself, but the decision to block some content to or from certain countries.

Re: Disney Buys Lucasfilm
I just remembered that Disney and Marvel used Joss Whedon for the Avengers, so maybe we'll get lucky for Star Wars..?

Re: Disney Buys Lucasfilm
They wouldn't be able to do the Thrawn trilogy, the actors are too old now. But maybe something to do with Jacen and Jaina, as they could bring back the old actors in their old age? I can't see them going as far into the future as Cade Skywalker though, too much not-disney-friendly content.

Re: Word Emphasis in RP
I use all of those, but for different things:
-word-: I'll use to literally emphasize something.
*word*: As JEDI tips says, this is used to show that it's a verbalised sound: *Hm* *Mm* *Oh* *Ah*, etc.
WORD: I'd use for anger or yelling (over winds, engines, battle sounds, etc)

Re: JKHub
I think that advertising JEDI will only serve to bring us a lot of people who aren't of the quality we expect in JEDI, and to advertise on a site that is so busy makes me uncomfortable. The influx of people would be almost too much to handle, and I don't like the idea of so many being brought here ...

JKHub
Many of us use JK3Files to get our files from for jka. I'm sure most of you have noticed that the site doesn't really work properly anymore either. It's probably due to go under soon.
Sooo, http://jkhub.org will be the new alternative. Some of the JK3files staff are running it, and they've gotten ...

Re: NPC Hologram Effect
I'd be hesitant to name it something else, because the command for using it on ourselves is hologram. Might as well just call them the same thing.Roahu wrote:I support with new syntax:

Ranged rpsound
I know that you can do /rpsound in game, but at the moment it only produces global sounds. I know that when mapping, sound effects can be programed to have a certain range. Could this somehow be implimented into the /rpsound command? Like:
/rpsound add|once <sound file> <range>
/rpsound add|once <sound file> <range>

Re: Firearm Damage Bolstering (Idea rehash)
This idea will only work if the people using the blasters can learn to use them realistically, and not spam fire them at people they saw because their camera was pointed behind them..

It's worldwide. They're estimating that something-millions of people have had the virus for a long time already. Though, if you have it, you can't read this reply now.Saos Nartu wrote:Is this only for the US?
