I'll avoid the long rant due to the fact I'm on my phone. However. Niko, XP shouldn't matter and it doesn't signify progress. How you RP is what shoes it. Simply saying you RP alone in a training for hours doesn't mean jack if you don't having anything to show for it RP wise. That goes for everyone....

So, you've fixed your issues with Steam? If not, there are many a thread dedicated to that.

If you're getting vehicle errors, try putting everything JEDI related in your RPMod folder and see if that helps.

We got the messages a lot way back in the day. As Soh explained, it has to do with the load of NPCs, effects, commands, etc. the server can take before it can't do it anymore.
