anyone else have trouble actually downloading these assets?

click download jedi_weapons.pk3 or hilts but it doesn't work. same with jedi vehicles pack. NPC's

(of note the jedi skins download did work fine)

1) where do I get "youngling"model"
2) How do I messagemode 3 ppl if I don't know there name. I vaguely recall typing \serverstatus to get there numbers in jk2, but doesn't seem to work in jka.
then \message 3 or message 4 etc. some of these ppl's names I have no idea how to type
