Have the regeneration process be, if your not moving the cloaking bar regenerates if you start moving the bar goes down. Plus what Azra said.. that would be epic.

That and please for the love of god make the timer on the cloak either a LOT longer or just make it so it's either on or off.

I personally agree with this, we need more special perks that level's 4-5 can do as long as we get someone who is willing to make the animation for it.

Level 4 Protect, Absorb and Heal remove the need for the animation, thats why level 4 is worth buying.
