Yeah, I would say so. If you log in before it occurs, you will only notice it if you pull up the profile bar and look at everything that has changed(Mostly if you look at the force template)

Well this glitch happens sometimes, but it always fixes itself just like now. Anyways, I launch it by the Launcher itself.... pretty much everyone get the glitch now and then, but as quickly as it comes it just goes away.

To add, if you login using /rplogin you can see there are bugs with your force template as it now gives you 100 points with the JKA Base template choices.

I was taking a look a JKHub and saw these. They're cosmetic mods which basically give a make over to the regular base sabers of JKA as well as add a few things like one half of the staff hilt being used for single hilts.
