Re: pk3 upload problem
Error 202 means your pk3 does not appear to be a skin. Please make sure it does NOT contain any .bsp, .veh or .npc file and try again.

Re: "missing executables"
I'm not a JKA Steam user, but it looks like you're missing the jasp.exe / jamp.exe and other files in the GameData folder. Did you try reinstalling the game completely from Steam?

Re: "missing executables"
Could you describe when this message appears, and provide a screenshot? Also, are you launching the game via Steam itself or via the RPMod launcher? If you only tried one of these methods, try the other and let us know. Did you also try reinstalling the game completely? Finally, could you attach a f...

There was indeed a permission issue with Initiates and Padawans (Knights+ were not affected), please try again and let me know if it works.

Re: Launcher and Emotes issue
I'll let him post his own settings, but here's my RPMod launcher settings: http://i.imgur.com/mrk4rEn.png I see forward slashes (/) in the "JKA Gamedata directory" that was automatically detected from Steam... It looks like it may cause issues with updates downloading (not searching). Cou...

Re: Launcher and Emotes issue
What Clara posted above is right when it comes to Steam integration; the Launcher should have warned you about it when starting the game... Could you please provide a screenshot of your Options tab in the Launcher?

Re: Menu "Help" Selection for in-game assistance.
You may have a mod that alters the "ui/jamp/ingame.menu" file, such as the original SystemA mod. Make sure to keep your "rpmod" folder clear of any mod, and move any non-RPMod PK3 you have there either to Base or to a "JEDI" folder (it will be taken into account if you ...

Re: Med packs and Shield batteries
BaseJKA supports disabling items selectively by setting server Cvars (via Rcon, so only Seb can do it at the moment). For example: set disable_item_medpak_instant 1 set disable_item_medpac_big 1 set disable_item_medpac 1 set disable_item_shield_lrg_instant 1 set disable_item_shield_sm_instant 1 For ...

Re: bug report from WOPR-net
Oops, I hadn't noticed the RPMod registration links redirect to an old page that is no longer publicly available. At the moment, RPMod account creation requests still need to go through the Council, and they are not related to Comport accounts. You will find relevant information here (this is what t...

Re: Priority for skin updates
What bothers you specifically with the "Unofficial" priority? the fact that they only appear if you already have the asset? If so, then at this point this is the intended behavior and you still have to download individual skins from the forum the first time. After that, the Launcher will k...

Re: Colours
The HoloNet and RPMod Web will now properly display all the new colors. The Launcher has also been updated to remove them in names, you will receive it as part of normal game updates. Steam users will also notice a new information message when launching the game when Steam is already running. Let me...
