Daegon gradually seems to be sleeping better, but still appears up and odd hours of the day, practicing his blaster deflection and exercising with some meditation sessions as breaks in between, though his eyes still appear semi distracted

Daegon seems to barely sleep, pacing around at odd hours during the evening just getting a drink and practicing his hand-to-hand, swimming, exercising
