To anyone who's having the same issue I had, if your night skybox at the Rannon Praxeum has turned into a view from the Coruscant Jedi Temple, "Jedi Temple Training Room.pk3" is responsible.

Remove it and the skybox will return to normal (just a plain starry sky).
