If storm was editted so it can only be used at Knight rank, it would be interesting since it's a highly dangerous power for a padawan to even consider using so limiting it like that seems interesting. I'm assuming, with council permission, a Master can teach his very advanced Padawan storm. Besides...

Guardians have a smaller force pool, making it more difficult to use multiple force powers unlike Sentinels or Consulars.

I support this idea, good one Riki. It seems like it would be pretty simple, just give hopefuls their own rank and have it set for spawns. I suppose the council is a little stingy (understandably so) with handing out accounts, especially since half the hopefuls we get end up leaving

Yes, if you have Defense Zero you don't have a good chance to defend. Kind of like how if I have Force Push 0 I don't get to push. It is an intriguing mystery.
