[CLOSED] Soap Error?

Post by Gabe Alkorda »

Well, I'm not sure if this is a valid problem or not, but I figured I might as well post it incase it *is* something you can fix/need to fix/want to fix, Soh lol. I was checking the server status via the site, and it simply said there was an error:
ERROR: SOAP-ERROR: Encoding: string '^3J^0ohauna\xa0...' is not a valid utf-8 string
Again, dunno if this means anything at all, but figured I'd post it regardless. I'd just never seen it before and figured perhaps it was something new lol.

Invalid characters in a name produce that. Once the person leaves, it's fine.

I've had this spit up on the tracker as well as forum templates. Soh says it happens from time to time.

"Soap Error" is the correct term for when you accidently drop the bar of soap in a public shower room.

I'd start interviewing JEDI members at once.

Looks like, from your quote, that Johauna is a suspect!

This bug in the tracker was fixed shortly after the problem was reported.
