  • The attacker is in fact a member of the Jedi Order
  • The Jedi Order will be dealing with the attacker accordingly as he is believed to have gone insane
  • The Jedi Order will take responsibility and take care of the child whose mother died as a result of this incident

Knight Security Clearance
Information available to Knights+
  • A meeting was conducted with the child's father, who refused to take custody of his own son

Jedi Council Clearance
Information available to Council+ and mission attendees.
  • The accusation against Master Bov Naar, that he has gone mad, could be false
  • The child, Victor, is incredibly strong in the Force for his age, and gives off a strange feeling of unease
  • Rage is building up inside Victor as a result of the incident and the loss of his mother
  • The reason for Master Naar's actions is a vision he saw of Victor
  • The vision entailed death and suffering across the entire galaxy, caused by this mere child, Victor
  • Master Naar's attack could be how this vision may come true, if the High Council does not take action
  • Master Verro Zemnos, who was in charge of the embassy's security, was acting in a suspicious way

Summary and Actions
An opinion offered by the reportee and their recommended actions.
Shares with same clearance with the highest used section above

  • Victor has to be put in the presence of the High Council and they shall decide his fate
  • Master Bov Naar must be questioned once again and show his vision to the council. Only then, the council may decide what his fate is, whether it be exile, retirement or be pardoned
  • Although, Master Zemnos struggles in his career because of his family history, I still advise that an eye be kept on him for now
