We've had a couple of issues recently with server availability especially during peak activity times. We believe this is purely down to the current lockdown situations.

For the time being, if you could avoid booking more than 3 reservations in any 7 day period it would be appreciated. This is not a rule, however if server availability remains stressed and limited. This may change.

If the server is not being used, you are of course free to use it.

Also, if possible, those mentor-padawan pairings that do have a greater flexibility in their scheduling ability, are asked to run events at non-peak times if and when possible.

This is expected only to be needed during the current lockdown situation.
