[Completed] Techniques for Memory Inquiry during Introspection

  • Subject Requested:Techniques for Memory Inquiry during Introspection

  • Availability:Most days, 1400-1900 GST
  • Reason For Request: I am still not confident on how I can guide my introspection to see my memories as objectively as possible. As we all know, memories are not only fully objective, but also untrustworthy. However the events seen and heard are certainly encoded in our mind, and some real objectivity could be salvaged if one was to guide his self inquiry better. I'd like to know techniques on that.
  • Additional Information: I use Introspective Meditation on a routine basis, so we can start from there.
