Or just do the simpler thing and leave them on the accounts belonging to Jedi, and remove it for those that don't have such abilities. Then it becomes a matter of self-control for the individual Jedi in question as to whether or not they use it.

How about:

1.) Don't reply to a thread or shoot an idea down unless you have something constructive to add.

2.) Make it toggle able. People can turn it on or off until their heart's content, other wise, leave default disabled. That would solve the problem of Non-Jedi having them.

I haven't used it since level 5 because it's too damn easy in my opinion. I know not everyone shares my opinion and I RESPECT that.
