Force Push

Push 5 is epicly awesome in terms of its "Force Wave" property. However, it requires a "cool down" period in which you can't push at all.

I've been thinking about suggesting this for awhile and just haven't gotten around to it yet, and don't know if anyone has. Would it be possible during the cool down period to have the push temporarily downgraded to Push 4 until it's recharged, or even a stronger push but a forward push only instead of a wave? I think that would make more sense.

Hmm I got the impression Push 5 was supposed to seriously drain the user after use, due to its raw power. Wouldn't this just, you know, over power people. It means there are no consequences to using the ability with this suggestion..

At least that's how it appears to me. I'd say no, thanks. :(

You could always up the amount of points which requires the level 5 to begin with... But, I wouldn't really see that as being a good thing at all...

I'm not sure whether I support this idea or not.

I think it could work with a much more severe temporary downgrade, down as far as rank 2 or 3.

Alternatively, something like...

Use Push5; initiate 30 second CD
Use Push inside of CD, only rank 3 goes off
Use Push 2nd time inside, rank 1-2 goes off

Noting that there's absolutely nothing stopping us using our other Force abilities (and if it were an energy drain, you'd assume that to be true), nor switching between 5 and 4 and then using that while the skill recharges...
