Animations: 'Headlock'

Is it possible to have a toggle-able command to turn off automatic head 'locking'? Or possibly change the range at which that animation occurs?

Indeed, it would be enjoyable to have client-side control over, much like the talk animation, saber ignition twirl and ledge-grabbing.

Sometimes the head turning works, other times it flat out annoys.
