Subject Requested: Combat - Retaining serenity mid-combat

Open/Private Lesson: Private

Availability:1500 GST , all dates except 373.06 to 373.08

Reason For Request: Combat is one of my outlets for venting my energy and help me recover from sad emotions. Along with exercising, it's one of the activities I enjoy, as long as it remains friendly. At the same time, it is one of the most important parts of training. Despite my constant practice, I still struggle to maintain my calm, and I get overexcited, which usually leads to tactical mistakes or more violent moves. I know that before I can say I am getting better at the physical part of combat, I need to improve the mental part of it.

With that said, I'd recommend you chase up as many Masters as you can on this topic, as there's many different perspectives and experiences you can learn from.
