• Reason For Request: Due to my long time absence, I have regressed severely in lightsaber combat and defense. While studying any form would yield decent results, I do not think there is a form that would be more beneficial to me in combat and out of it than Soresu, as it would focus in survival and defense that is a priority for a Jedi.

• Additional Information: I have taken the time to work through Shii-Cho and Makashi concepts I used to know, so basics in these forms will not be required.
