• Reason For Request:

With recent stress and currently relieving myself of it, I'm looking for different methods of meditation as per the suggestion of Master Bralor. Although i'm doing this to try and grow closer to the Force as i'd like to branch out my ability to connect with it, it's also serving as a means for me to expand knowledge and understand various methods Jedi undertake to remain calm and more.

I don't think we've had the pleasure of meeting one another yet in person, but I'd be happy to help you with furthering your meditation technique. While there is no technical term for 'advanced' meditation, I could introduce you to some of the principles and practices of 'Moving Meditation'?
