• Reason For Request: Some time ago we had a lesson on a kind of mental sparring and tried to project past each others defences. This seems like something that would be terribly important to practice in case you encounter it in the field, but at the same time dangerous and invasive to do without supervision. I would like to explore the ideas further with supervision.

I recently used telepathic sensory projection to calm the mind of a person in shock during a medical emergency. That event has redoubled my interest in this field and the possibilites for this skill. If anyone would be able to help guide me in developing and discovering the possibilites of telepathic projection I am still most eager to explore it.

What exactly are you aiming for? Know that our mental capabilities are numerous, if not infinite. Be it telepathy, empathy, tricking, invasion, or protection, each holds different risks and approaches.

A good point, Master Lhot. I suppose I'm looking to improve my ability to influence another's mind; either to calm them, or facilitate negotiations, possibly even convince them of something, in dire circumstances. I understand this ability can also be used to cause people to overlook your presence.

Of course I am also interested in techniques to recognise and overcome such attempts by others on oneself.

I hope that makes my request a little clearer. As you said this field is broad; and sometimes a litte esoteric to me.
