Greetings JEDI,
The JEDI High Council has made the decision to release Jedi Master Teynara Jeralyr from her duties on the Council. This decision is by no means disciplinary in nature as Master Jeralyr has been a steadfast confidant in offering the perspective of a seasoned community member to the deliberations of the Council.
However, the philosophy of the High Council is that this community role of service should be an auxiliary duty and any appointee to said position must adhere to the value of being a "JEDI Member first, Councilor second" and to lead by example when it comes to activity expectations and role playing.
When those expectations are not being fulfilled, we are doing a disservice not only to that particular member but the community as a whole by not addressing it.
We are thankful for Master Jeralyr's service to the community and humbled that they had accepted the task of serving on the Council for their tenure.
