• Reason For Request:

It's been so long since my first lesson in Prima Vitae and I think I need help with it... I meditate daily and I can easily get familiar with the auras around me, recognising one's lifesign in the Force, but that's as far as I have tried to expand my Force while practising alone.

• Additional Information:

First lesson occurred many years ago and I've trained a lot with friends and others mentors, but it's starting to feel a little repetitive. If all goes well, I wish to incorporate what I'll learn into other kinds of training; sparring, for example.
