• An IFC transport ship filled with cheap fuel was pulled out of hyper space in the The Nam Chorios system. The up and coming cartel was apparently headed towards the Gordian Reach but a full investigation by Republic officials is under way.
• Several members if the IFC aboard the vessel were detained and now in custody.

• A squad of Jedi intercepted a vessel belonging to the IFC. Intel gathered suggests that they were carrying fuel and the vessel was headed to The Gordian. Mission objective was to disable the ship, and take control of the bridge once boarded.
• The vessel had about Forty hostiles aboard. Several of them have been detained and turned in to Republic authorities.

• During the mission briefing, it was relayed to us that the vessel was well guarded. About seven ships made up of heavy fighters and the like were escorting it to it's destination. We needed to use an interdictor to pull out the ship from hyperspace, but doing so would cut off retreat for both sides and make reinforcements difficult to reach us. There was also cause for concern that if we became overwhelmed, we would need to make an emergency landing on a nearby planet. This would not be ideal however because of the planet's dangerous environment. Rescue off the planet would also be difficult and take time.
• We took Master Kelpor's freighter the Fildoxos. It was equipped with two turrets that were manned by Padawan Dorrey and I. Master Bralor and Master Kelpor handled the piloting along with the missile guided system when necessary. We sustained some damage to the ship, but were able to neutralize all the fighters in the area.
• The IFC vessel was vulnerable once it's escort was destroyed. We immediately boarded and were met with some Twenty IFC cartel members pointing blasters in our direction. After diplomacy failed, we were forced to engage. Unfortunately four of the twenty hostiles were killed during the engagement. The remaining were gathered in an escape pod and sent off to later be collected by Republic authorities.
• On our way to the bridge, we were again greeted with blasters pointed at us, but this time held by Roiler forces. Another engagement followed and we were forced to defend ourselves as soon as they opened fire. We eventually forced the captain of the ship to surrender. He ordered everyone on the vessel to stand down. Once he did that, he shortly after bit down on a capsule containing a lethal toxin. Killing him instantly.
• We recovered a manifest that confirmed our suspicions of the IFC selling Tibanna gas and Coaxium to the Third Estate. The ship was headed directly to their capital on Feena. The Roilers presence onboard confirms it was more than just a simple transaction. They are working very closely together and we should be concerned about this alliance.

• The Republic will now likely take more direct action against the Third Estate and Hutt Cartels as their sovereignty is being infringed upon by the clear and intentional violation of Republic law and space by both parties.

In my opinion..

My recommendations are as follows...

• While I'm not at all excited about our new partnership with the Republic, I will say that continued exchange of our intel is now necessary to ensure the IFC and the Third Estate stay on the back foot. This will help in avoiding any further conflict to spill over onto the rest of the galaxy.
