• A freighter was shot down under mysterious circumstances. All of the crew but one Crewman Dani perished in the crash. Crewman Dani recovered with moderate injuries.

• The freighter was shot down by droids that were deployed from a bunker nearby the crash site.
• The droids were assigned to recover electronic components to make repairs automatically in their base of operations.

• The droids were ordered to repair a medical facility inside the bunker from the late Doctor Calad Damien Rohk.
• Doctor Calad Damien Rohk was a medical science officer, researcher, and virologist for the New Galactic Republic between the years of 18-26ABY.
• The Doctor had been dead for untold cycles, only his bones remaining suspended in a bacta tank monitored by a droid who fell into disrepair due to the time.
• The Doctor reported he was working on curing an illness he simply called the "Long Sleep." It appears he was unsuccessful in doing so. In the laboratory is a glass globe with a green gas inside. At this time we're unsure if it's the cure to the "Long Sleep" or the disease itself. Extreme caution should be taken when approaching.

In my opinion...

The mission was a success. We identified the location of the assailants of the freighter, saved the life of the only surviving crew member, and disabled the threat into the future. We also uncovered a possible biological weapon on the surface of Dunedeen and secured it for further investigation.

My recommendations are as follows...

Notify Dunedeen officials of the existence of the bunker, but maintain control of it ourselves. We should coordinate with local law-enforcement to set up a quarantine zone and solicit the help of local and Republic doctors in assessing what the "Long Sleep" is and if Doctor Rohk indeed found, or was close to finding, a cure.
