I have been practicing with Curato salva - helping myself restore the energy levels if tired - and was thinking I was ready to try next step.

• Additional Information:

I called this curato, but wasnt sure if one shouldnt first start with Curato salva before moving onto others. If so then I would need instructions on advanced Curato salva first.

Hello. I am sure there are quite a few people who could teach this particular ability, but it is something that I am deeply fond of. I'd like to talk with you further about this particular ability and it's caveats that comes with it.
