I did look Vantus. I ran a search on the comport for the specific date, and nothing showed up.

The biggest event near that is 250.07, Chief of State Feksk is killed by Gabe Alkorda. And so was Hal Raykin. :'(

A: Trick question, as Jamus Kevari is not a Human-Paetulian hybrid. Though Elrehka is right in saying that he did receive a blood transfusion from Ctathos.

EDIT // The Human-Paetulian hybrid thing has recently been retconned. As of now, Jamus Kevari is fully human. Go read his biography for the full story ;)
