Character development is obviously a huge focus of the JEDI community, I would definitely recommend going through some of the topics in the Rules and Tips forum as there are a lot of guides on creating a character and portraying him or her through their time at the Enclave.

Welp. After recent lighting to the fact that I don't like my current character all too much, I've decided to change him up a little bit, with a new backstory. As such, I've decided the easiest way to dealing with this, is just portraying him as a new character, and going with that, instead of dealing with all the trouble (mostly laziness) of living with the current character and trying to get everyone to think of him as this one. So this is me going Round 2 as Orion Black, but this time a 10 year old Kiffar, who I've spent quite a bit thinking about, instead of 30 minutes of me thinking of a crappy backstory for a character at 1:00 AM.

My name's CorporalKaiser, and I've been roleplaying for a little over nine years now. JKA is pretty much where it all began; it's about time I came full circle and returned to my most beloved. (if any of you remember Safusaka's makermod server, I was there.)

I'm not totally into force-sensitive roleplay, so I'm hoping to play a more versatile role on the server. I've done just about everything, the brunt of my experience stemming from my five or so years roleplaying with Garry's Mod. I'm glad to see that there are still a few servers in operation - I'd hate to see such a legend die out so abruptly.

Force Sensatives are ultimately as "normal" as any "regular being." I'm of the persuasion that Force sensitivity should be an additional aspect of a character, not a defining aspect of one.

I definitely agree with you there. I'm fine with force sensitivity, so long as my character can develop not by the absolute productivity of the force, but by the force working in conjunction to the experiences and roles my character will portray, ( A soldier, an archaeologist, what have you. ) If this is the case, then I'm excited to become a part of the community.
