I've decided to take it upon myself to undergo a creative challenge. Re-write the Star Wars holiday special, but make it good. Thoughts? Anyone else want in?

Taking Leia to the space-mall with her space-friends, taking Luke to space-school and having to land the Lambda around the corner so the other kids don't see that his father dropped him off in a lambda instead of a T-47 airspeeder.

Or exactly how easy it was for Jar Jar to manipulate everyone into thinking he was a bumbling oaf, when really he was Sheev's most trusted advisor. A Dark Side adept who dabbled in Gungan magicks and whom even Plagueis did not know of. His subtle manipulations to drive the senate toward granting Palp-y emergency powahs when really that was his plan all along in cahoots with Palpatine; turns out that Palpatine was his figurehead and Jar Jar was the benefactor whom got into both Gungan and Republic politics to support the new Supreme Chancellor... Why use your own Force abilities and risk being found out by the Jedi when you could have someone everyone overlooks and does not think twice about?

My initial thought was "How is Jar Jar being the center of it all a good thing?" then I saw the comment about him pretending to be a complete idiot and laughed at everyone for being ignorant to Jar Jars powers.
