CVar Stands for Configuration VARiables.
As exemple given by Samoon, Cg_draw2d is a CVar, while Emlotus and such is a command.
The difference : if you place a setting (usually Numberic) is a Cvar

I tried the command... eh cvar... for chat settings but noting... Do I need to write it somewhere else?

Lewa, it's not yet available.. I said it's coming in version 0.3.0
It'll be released when it's ready, as usual (maybe next week? who knows...)
