Some people in the Temple, like me, use ::Focuses on the Force:: when we are doing an action using the Force. We can use /me <action> to write a simple action. Of course they are in white, but as I said sometimes we are doing actions using the Force, so we write them in Cyan. the question is, is it possible to get a /me command for the Force actions ? ( Make sene ? Sorry tried to explain as good as I can )

Personally I think that the ::focuses on the Force:: people should be using the /me command for that anyway since it should be white not cyan. But I like the /me_force idea ::emits a calming feeling:: and so on and so forth

So, I'm trying to understand this clearly - the idea is to have a /me - like command for "force-y" actions to replace ^5:: ::- effectively replacing only six characters of typing?

Yes. People take that shortcut all the time with /me.

Or go one better and use \say_team_mode emote when you first login and then just use team chat for emotes.

Well, I think that people just want an esthetic view without an extra : , the /me emote removes the chat 't'.

Personally, I don't get the idea with the whole /me thing. I still use carots when I type in "Say" not in the console but to each their own. I think it would be a decent add to the mod.

I think we need to stop thinking about what is needed for the mod, and think of things that make people enjoy the mod better. It's the small things that count.

I find that most of the cyan force actions I witness are PM'd to me (inside my head you know), so that's how I would view that sort of /me_force command. Like a PM version of /me. That's what I think would be most useful.

That would be the standard protocol for telepathy. Some folks prefer articulated words, others, like myself, prefer more "actiony" oriented telepathy.
