I'd normally be replying with the same excitement, but I'm not surprised.
Nastajja has tons of talent in the skinning and generousity to boot. Make sure you repay it in kind by doing some wicked role playing with it in her honour!
Ya hear!?

Honestly, that is great work Nastajja, but I wouldn't expect anything less from you, that would just be downright foolish of me knowing your work
As for the tattoo's, yes Oberon was right. A Zabrak would not usually start getting their tattoo's until around the age of 13-15, honestly, as that is when they would normally be put through the
Selenoren:
The Right of Passage. If they succeed then they are given their tattoo's at the
The Rising Festival.
Now, obviously you won't be going through the Selenoren unless we shipped you back to Iridonia (which I would be the only one to do that, given I am the only Zabrak that isn't a student), however as a Jedi you wouldn't need to undergo the passage, so really for my personal opinion I'd say add the tattoo's around the age of 15.
The horns would start growing in around 13-14, and would be fully grown in a year later, unless they are small horns to begin with. Such as the ones on Illrian, due to the original length they took about a year to grow for the ones on the top of his head, but only took about 5-7 months for the ones on his forehead to grow, due to being a shorter length.
I'm not sure how much sense this truly made, but I hope it's helped in some way or another! And again, wonderful work on the model, Nastajja!

That's an RP bridge we can cross when we get too it, Illrian, I'm sure there are many routes one could technically take all things considered.

Selenoren is a personal choice and doesn't require a Zabrak Knight to sign off on and give his personal approval.
There are no rules about that.
Besides if I recall, Illrian had absolutely no idea what Selenoren was when Amoné asked him about in RP claiming his parents never put him through it.
Consider everything before U-turning.

Is there any skinning tutorial? I feel kind of bad asking someone to make a skin on my behalf

Yes Ben there is, if you have any personal questions. I'd advise you to forge yourself a MSN account, and add someone like Illrian/Delmi/Amoné-.. a lot of people within JEDI are very capable with skinning and modeling.

Bael's Skinning Tutorial
Like many skinners, this is how
I learned how to skin.
It will show you quite clearly the steps needed to make a working skin.
The one thing people can't always teach is creativity.
I've known some incredibly intelligent people that couldn't draw a rabbit if their life depended on it.
Still, first step to learning is understanding the steps!
I will swear by the above video in that regard.

I've kind of got a grip now, say I took the luke model, how would I give him a cloak?

I meant.. if he was a student, I doubt he could just leave to go take it...and since Illrian doesn't exactly know it, he can't give it to him. But...meh whatev's! It came out wrong in the first post either way haha... but I didn't mean he had to get a Knight's permission to take it persay. But a Knight's permission to leave the Temple to take it.
And Ben, adding a cloak would be to either find Toshi's Luke Skywalker model which has one, or require you to model. That's something you can't easily find a tutorial on, because no tutorial I've found properly explains how to weight the model so it works in Jedi Academy with little-to-no clipping.

Hmm. Thank you, I am opting to go for another model.

As I said, there is the Toshi's Luke Skywalker model. It has the robe he wore when he went to Jabba's Palace, along with pretty much every outfit of his except what he wore in Episode IV.
