I support this suggestion
The JEDI HoloNet Communications Port

This would be immensely useful. Besides, if you try sprinting backwards and then try sprinting forwards in real life, I can garentee you'll not reach half the speed backwards as you would forwards.Aayla Vigil wrote:I believe it would be very useful to have a reduction of the running-backward speed for our current gunner class (that is named "civilian").
This would allow mission contexts where the Jedi have to fight against gunners to be more approachable, considering that at the present time the speed of running forward and backward are very similiar, which makes it rather hard to reach a gunner who runs backward and shoot at you.
I presume bceause we don't want to tamper with duelling. But then again, I wouldn't be opposed to a decrease in speed for the Jedi, either.Alkur Tekeil wrote:Why just gunners, exactly?

For the sake of gameplay balance, sure. It's ok that not everyone might agree on it though.Alkur Tekeil wrote:Is there an echo in here?
I find it rather odd to apply logic sporadically in this regard. Its reasonable for a gunner to move slowly backwards, yet it is not for a saber-wielder?
It's already been mentioned I believe. It has a significant effect on dueling.Alkur Tekeil wrote:Is there an echo in here?

Which I believe was the intent of the suggestion.Alkur Tekeil wrote:Indeed, it also has a significant effect on gun gameplay as well.
