A. That's a dodgy question. If you're refering to the Sith as a race then you'd have to name the first Sith ever to exist, which you'd obviously never know. If you mean the first Sith LORD then i'd go with Ajunta Pall. Correct?

Well actually, this is what I could find about it...
The first Great Schism between the followers of the dark and light sides of the Force occurs. A rogue Jedi, Xendor, sparks the conflict after turning to the Dark Side and gaining many followers. They form a massive space fleet and declare war on the Jedi.

BUT, he never called himself a Sith. I think Ajunta Pall is more precise for this answer.

Good point, I didn't catch myself on my own question. Great observation, Ruluk. And while Xendor may just be the first, he didn't call himself... nice. I fell short on my own question.
