Topic: Sokan, Team-swap challenge & Shien / evasion

Notes: The Class were presented with a set up consisting of medium and large crates. After a small Q&A about Sokan as well as expressing their personal opinion on "High Ground" versus "Low Ground", they were separated into 2 teams of 3 members.
The two teams would spar against eachother using the crates to their advantage and at random terms, the teams were switched around at random causing them to consistently change enemies and allies.
Afterwards, the students took it in turn to enter the mat alone and either deflect or evade blaster fire again using the crates to their advantage.
