Upon hearing one of his best friends is in Bacta, Atok has begun singing a range of lullabies and hymns to Azern, accompanied by his Hallisekt.

The themes range from wishing peace, to returning to an old friend, to remorseful for taking time for granted.

Only if caught passing by, he would be seen robed and hooded walking towards the gate and into the frigid tundra with his small bag and a strange look in his eyes..

Thala is in and out of the student dorms' 'fresher or the medbay off and on for the next cycle few rotations. Her throat seems pretty raw for the first few days, so she set her datapad to automatically read out at the press of a button:

Yes, I'll be okay. Arisa made an antitoxin to cure an injury I got when I was seven. I just need to get it out of my system. Thank you for worrying.

People around her are getting a crash course in simple GSL: Yes, No, Drink, and Help (Me), mostly.

Otherwise, she seems to be in fairly deep meditation.

(Edit to add 470.17): After a few rotations, Thala seems to be in better spirits, though she's still to be cleared by Medical. ((Air Quality Alert here wiped the floor with me yesterday but today's better than anticipated.))

One might find him working diligently on a project for hours on end. He remains oblivious to anyone who speaks to him, his attention isolated by earbuds as he listens solely to the music given to him by his master, Helayna.

Gaxett's presence around the Temple seems sparse even with the return to Duneeden. He is mainly spotted in the medbay or archives or his meditation spot on the grounds of the Temple if he is seen away from his bunk. Those able to read him would note an extensive fatigue that he works hard to mask entirely.

Within the planters, in the garden outside of the cantina, sit three plants. One houses red plom blooms. The others are still in the process of growing.

Thala tends to show up nearby ever since he confessed the fatigue, unless he makes clear her presence is unwelcome.

Thala now wears a thin crocheted headband in a watery pale blue, with an intricate pattern of waves and droplets picked out amid the stitching. A chain of thread dangles down behind an earspot, with a white pearlescent bead at the bottom that seems just heavy enough to hold the "braid" straight. She will simply thank compliments or state, "It's traditional, isn't it?"

Thala's morning PT, if anyone catches her at it since she's still shy about it, now includes shadow-boxing. Anyone who was at the boxing outing will notice she physically stops herself from time to time with a soft, sharp "no," and restarts her routine. She denies requests to spar hand to hand with her peers with "Not yet."

All remaining phrik recovered from the Battle of Duneeden has been taken away to a secure location.

Starting at midnight, 471.05 ABY, CD begins to offer a large selection of cupcakes to anyone who wants one. There are about four dozen, with most dietary restrictions accounted for. In addition, there is even two cubes for San'ago, already ready for consumption. CD informs anyone who asks that it has been asked to not reveal the identity of the one who baked them, but promises that it was done under proper supervision.

The cupcakes themselves appear to be various types of nerfs, perhaps a bit cuter than one might expect, with various types of frosting for the fur and horns made of hardened sugar.

Thala is often found meditating at one of her two 'spots': tucked behind the trees by the Nexus Door, or by the waterfall in the inner garden. She seems somewhat pensive and withdrawn.

If Thala allows, on the occasion Gax is moving about the temple he will tend to be nearby. Quiet and not pressing; but presence silently made known.

Enough people have brought it up to me, that I wanted to clarify it here really quick. Let me know if this isn't allowed, but I am referencing the below point with this post:

- An OOC clarification, such as retconning something expressed IC or something generally mistaken OOC.

Atok's speech has developed pretty different than when I first joined, and some have asked if he acquired an accent of some kind. The examples being:

"Ya haft'a" (You have to)
"Somthin', nothin', imaginin', gatherin'" etc
"'bout" (about)

This is not meant to be an accent, and is meant to showcase his informal, melodic cadence. The words sort of flow into each other.

The same can be said with his interesting way of phrasing things. I.E, Instead of asking Master Horne, "Hey, can you let me try to force push some explosives? To test my reflexes?" he said, "Ya wouldn't be interested in huckin' thermal detonators at a blind kid, would ya?"

Note: The intent is he's always been this way. When I first joined, I had zero RP experience and therefor, felt a little silly leaning into the character I know I wanted to create: A kid who's "not all there", as I imagine a Miraluka from Dathomir would be. Some minor retconning, but did loosely base it on his "tired of a blindfold, hiding behind a mask" mini arc I gave him.
