Be careful how tall it is with all that text, shrink that text down to small or something, or trim it in general.

Looks like you need to work on your selection skills, I can clearly see the outline around the vibroblade (?) where you cut it from its original image.
If you're using Photoshop try using the "magic wand" tool, and adjusting the sensitivity of its selection.
For the border and the text itself, for me its a tad too high contrast, and screams of filters, try something a bit softer, that is, less contrasted.
Also, the typeface you use can add or subtract alot from your signature. For me, the typeface you used seems rather blah, its sanserif and seems very generic and bland compared to the border and text effects you used.
Check out www.dafont.com they have LOADS of free fonts ranging from LCD typefaces to a gazillion different types of dingbats.
My initial signatures (and most present ones) were far less ambitious, so kudos to you sir, for trying something challenging. So keep at it, and you'll find people bursting your inbox with requests.

I did kinda mess up on the vibroblade, I don't plan to keep this one for too long though. I am not gonna go back and try to change it though, i will keep what you said in mind. I was actually looking for some constructive criticism here so thank you.

Haha! Yeah, Eugen is looking more like Captain Kirk, which is awesome! Just my opinion. And yes, the yellow font on this white really hurts my eyes as well..
