Since nobody has the Elevator question right yet.

A: 14

1 In the Main Training Room. 1 in each of the side Dojos(total of 2). 3 in the Med Bay. 1 in the Hologram Room. 1 Main Elevator to 2nd floor. 1 In the 2nd floor Dojo. 4 Up to the Archives. 1 Up to the Council Rooom.
