• Reason For Request: I stumbled across this technique in the archives recently and I thought it would be a very useful skill to learn, especially for self-healing and for better life measures, and I figured as I grow older it wouldn't be a bad idea to maintain my physical endurance towards extending my life span by using the force as well as staying fit and flushing out any poisons or diseases within my bloodstream if contracted by any in the near future.
