Between 0600 GST-1500 GST preferable.
Master Panek has asked me to find someone to finish covering the subject in terms of practicality (I've covered the theory in a former assignment) after working on the mind set as best I can, as he is unable to cover the practical himself for at least a week due to an injury.
Initial time may vary. (I am doing more overtime this week so I'll be working past midday local time (BST) most likely so it could be pushed up to 1000 GST at the most.)

I am willing to share what I know of Djem So's practical aspects with you, I see you about frequently enough, so I will find you in due time. I suggest you meditate prior to this session; Djem So can involve a taxing mindset, one you best be prepared for.
