Lightsaber Arts: Defense and Deflection

Availability:

Available for all times.

Reason For Request:

I have been told my defense and parrying are solid in spars, however I do not have formal training in deflecting blaster bolts and more often than not find myself stinging all over after a trip to the training room. I would like instruction on how to properly defend against blaster weaponry and perhaps some instruction on parrying saber strikes.
