Initiate Strias,
I highly suggest you place more emphasize, time and dedication into subjects and lessons that are less advanced than the discipline and skill it takes to perform telekinesis and explore the Alter field of abilities.
Just because you want an ability does not mean you're qualified or capable of learning or possessing it.

With respect Master Vir'n, from experience, I do believe Ilaine capable and ready to undertake this lesson.
Initiate Strias, I will be willing to instruct you in Telekinesis. I will organize a time and date that will suit us both in the coming days.

That will be fine, Master, thank you very much. Very kind of you to help me so willingly.
Master Vir'n, I will take your recommendation to heart and think on your words. I assure you that I do go to every length when researching a new ability or application of the force, it just may not seem that way in my lesson requests. I tend to keep them simple and straight forward for two reasons: I don't know what all steps go into each lesson or ability or how many lessons it may take, and out of respect of the Master body whose time I know is limited.

As I can see that you're attending Master Umra's lesson on Telepathy as an introductory class, Ilaine, perhaps we should hold off on this class until you've covered the subject adequately with him first.
Following that, I'll be happy to assist you further.
