We will be observing the impact of cultural barriers in diplomacy, looking at examples in an intergalactic context. To what extent do we compromise ourselves in the interest of solidarity? Does cultural relativism have its limits? What is the price for peace and is it worth it? As Jedi do we have an obligation to respect the autonomy of independent systems? All questions we will be asking in this discussion intensive lesson.

I was really hoping to make this lesson but it's look more and more unlikely. If I can't make it, I'll try to get a hold of some notes from someone who did!
