Console background (and black in text/names)

Does anyone have a good download tip for a console background that makes black text (and all colours) in names visible. To all who are using black in your names, I love you guys, but I definitely hate your names!

Sadly the colors won't show in the console, the only solution is to get a see through console plugin to make everything more visible, but it can be hard to read in bright places.
