• Reason For Request: I've heard that meditation is extremely important.

• Additional Information: I attended a lesson on meditation when I was a hopeful, but I would like to have guidance again before actually attempting it in case I have any questions.

I'd like to join in on this lesson if we can find a good time and date.

Hm. This seems like a pretty simple lesson and in lack of any masters I think I could do this. Granted, you guys would of course have to be fine with me doing this with you two and secondly; I'd need a mentor to supervise us! How does this sound?

What with all the classes going on the only day that doesn't have one is 348.03! However, while I'll be around myself I don't trust myself to be around on that date. I can do it as early as 347.29 (today) at around 1730-1800 GST. I would try to do it a bit earlier but due to Master Umra's class things get a little complicated! Does this time work with all of you?

Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend until much later today.
